On Prioritization / Accuracy / Precision / Transformation
You'll learn what you can and can't live without.
Prioritize what's closest to your body.
What's vital is important. What's crucial takes higher priority.
A person who's bleeding needs to stop the bleeding first.*
A person experiencing a headache can cure it by starting with external factors that can alleviate the headache, and then deal with the the main cause. *Ask your doctor.
Vital organs, when compromised, take priority, and become an emergency in a life-and-death situation.*
In this situation, you'll realize what's of higher importance is your soul.
Sometimes, it's as simple as to:
Eat good food, get good sleep, then work and rest.
Take good care of your emotional well-being.
Fill your body and spirit with good food and good thoughts and nourish your soul.
You Gain Independence.
Independence from your "Creature Comforts"
As you learn to be comfortable with nothing. Almost nothing.
When you feel nothing... Your new "nothing".
You'll learn to be comfortable with nothing.
This is ground zero.
Your new low.
Did you hit the ground hard? You feel crushed, you feel pain. And you cry...
Can it get lower than this?
If yes, then perhaps you're not that low. Keep swimming.
Breathe. There is hope.
You can work your way up. Rest. Then start over again.
When there is life there is hope.
If no, then...
From here, there's no way but up.
So you've hit the ground hard.
That means:
The ground is stable.
When the ground is stable,
It's a good place to build a strong foundation.
Start over.
The lower you get,
The higher you can build.
0 = Neutral Ground
Don't be in the negative.
Once you realize that this is 0. You're closer to 1
than when you were in -1.
Like a weighing scale whose 0 points to the negative (-1 and so forth...), a person who is negative has a hard time appreciating his blessings.
A person who reaches Ground Zero (0) is in a better position to start over and begin his journey from 0 to 1.
This is how
You Gain Accuracy.
Being in ground zero feels empty.
When you've hit hard, you feel your body touching the cold hard ground.
And when you look around, it's dark, it's empty.
There's nothing, there's no one.
To me, it felt more like a cave.
But as I try to look around and feel what's around me,
the more I understand my situation, feeling the walls and the void
and sometimes the frustration.
And the more I learn, the more I can appreciate my situation.
I searched through the cracks, and discovered hidden gems,
I found treasures, in the place where they lay,
as unique, rare, and personal or new as my situation may be to me.
I learned that perhaps as I make my way up, and begin to overcome these challenges,
I may be able to help those who may find themselves in a similar situation as I'm in,
with G-d's help. Step by step, morning by morning...
To begin your journey from 0 to 1,
look around and
Count your blessings.
This time, don't be in the negative.
Then you'll see the blessings.
There is hope that sheds light on the beauty of your reality.
You'll see what you have.
It felt empty like you had nothing,
but now you'll see, you got something.
You'll learn to be resourceful.
And work with what you have.
This is how you
Gain Contentment.
To be truly rich.
"Who is rich? He who is content with what he has."
(Pirkei Avot, Chapter 4)
Priorities change based on where you are from -1 / 0 / +1
You get better at shifting priorities and handling transitions.
You become more resilient to change, better at adapting, and mastering transformation.
You'll know what you can and can't do without at different levels, situations, and circumstances.
This leads to a better system.
You'll learn what's more important and what takes higher priority next.
You can better gauge where and how far you are from where you want to be. And how to get there, with more information and detail.
You Gain Precision.
And get better at making decisions.
At this level, you can go from good, to better, and best.
Do what is good.
Design a better world.
Live your best life.
